sindustry at beach

I braved the ultraviolet rays of the sun and took the family to Lake Michigan yesterday to break up the monotany. It was about 62 degrees and cloudy. We hit a park we had never been to before, called Kirk Park just south of Grand Haven. The kids had a blast beachcombing and playing around. It was one of the best days I’ve had in a long time….

New metal track tentatively entitled “Viper”

May 27, 2007 By: Sindustry Category: Music 2 Comments →

viper

This is a new metal track I did featuring Razor Ray on lead guitar, I did everything else. I’m looking for a metal vocalist to work on tracks. I also plan on having some female vocals on this during the chorus part.

What Have I Become…

May 25, 2007 By: Sindustry Category: Personal No Comments →

whathaveibecome
Man, my motivation has been getting zapped lately. I don’t know if it is the allergy season kicking my ass or what, but I’m finding it hard to crank out some work. I’ve been plugging away at the websites I run and working on some upcoming promos. I’ve made quite a few new tracks lately but nothing is getting 100% done. I’ll be in the studio this afternoon working on some new material, then recording a Kill Brain Cells podcast episdode later tonight. I don’t know if I can make it til this evening….I need a beer now!

elements, dealing with the technical aspects of on-camera
and studio production work, soundtrack solicitation
and more. We are the liaisons between the music and
production worlds.

Gear Recommendation: Melodyne Plugin

May 16, 2007 By: Sindustry Category: Gear No Comments →

Man, I just got a hold of this plugin and I must say I am impressed. You gotta download the demo, watch the videos, and try this plugin. If you’re familiar with Antares Autotune at all, this is along the same lines, but in my opionion better. Right now I use if for vocal and bass track pitch correction, but I haven’t even scratched the surface on what it can do. Watch the videos and be amazed.

Melodyne plugin offers Melodyne’s unique functions for the editing of pitch and timing for the first time as a plug-in directly integrated into VST-, AU- and RTAS-hosts under Windows XP and Mac OS X.

This is not an endorsement of Taxi.com, but it is a good read. And no I am not a member of Taxi, but in upcoming blogs, I will tell you how to use some of their services for free.
